Client Link Services

CCC customers fill out the Registration Form on our website and are then given an encrypted, secure login name and password of their choice. Once registered with ccc-worldwide.com, click Registered Client Access on the homepage. CCC customers have the following options:

Place A Claim: Fill-in on the online form with creditor and debtor information and submit. The data will copy right into the CCC database.

View and Search Open Accounts: You will be able to see phone calls made by CCC, last 10 Account Notes, last 10 checks received by CCC, run your own reports on accounts, view payment plans and attorney status.

View and Search Closed Accounts: You will see uncollectible, bankruptcy, settlement and closed/paid-in-full accounts.

View and Search National Debtor List: We list thousands of Debtor firms.

Use Ask/Tell CCC: Have a collection question about Letters of Credit, Perfecting a Lien, Asset Based Lending, Factoring, Leasing, International Collections, Receivable Financing? Fill out the Ask CCC form and you will receive an answer within 24 hours or less. Fill out the Tell CCC form to post collection information or the latest industry trends.

Change Password: You can change your password anytime. You’re in control of your Account data.
